Chief Executive Officer

A graduate of Westminster College in Salt Lake City, Utah. With over 25 years’ experience working and managing within the security and janitorial industry as Regional Vice President of the Western Region for California, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, and Texas for International Total Services, based out of Cleveland, Ohio. Mr. Glass founded and started System Management Services in 2007 as he continues to offer and provide premier service his clients in the Southern California regions.


Vice President Business Development

Juan has 26 years experience in Business Development and Marketing in many diverse industries at an executive level. This has allowed him to develop cross functional knowledge as well as an in-depth understanding of different industries needs and how they work best. His vision and ability to nurture relationships lead to long-term solutions and success. Embracing the core values of integrity, innovation and growth Mr. Cuevas cofounded Systems Management Services in 2007 and looking forward to the future.
